DR SHOULD HAVE ANOTHER SOLUTION BESIDES DRUGS
MY DR TOLD ME, MY WHITE BLOOD CELL IS LOW.
I think Dr'S don't understand that if you eat the right food and exercise,
 you should be healthy.
 My Dr told me that my white blood cells are very low and that I need to take iron so he wrote me a perception I told him I can take care of my problem by exercise and changing my diet by eating the right foods without taking perspiration drugs so I did and after 4 weeks I went back to normal without takeing drugs.
 

 


 




If I come home late and there is no time for the gym, I like to do stretching exercises in the shower. Shower exercises are good for stretching my entire body
Healthy eating and physical activity are important. These can make big differences and help keep your weight down.
YOUR BRAIN AND YOUR BODY HAVE TO PUT THEM TOGETHER
