gggggggFEggggggggggggggELINiii08-05-200908-05-20tttttttttffffffffggmmmmmmmee09iiiiihhhhhhhhhbbbbPERSONALTHINGHING I have a few healthy lifestyle ideas that I would like to share with everyone. No one knows your own health better than you and you alone. You have the best understanding and opportunity to make the beneficial health related changes that will have an overall positive impact on your life. Just recently, I found out what caused me to have chest pain. I was eating the wrong foods and in particular, pizza. It is high in fat and carbohydrates and it reduces your energy. I knew I had to make changes and the changes had to be immediate. After I changed my diet to a more natural food intake such as cabbage, broccoli, green peppers, onions, tomato’s, potato's, and most importantly spinach and green lettuce, I felt more energized and it helped to clean out my system. I now sleep better and my skin has started to look better. With the little food changes that I made, I now not only feel better, but I am also able to keep up with my workout, jogging and climbing the stair master. It is very difficult to keep up with your workout if you are unhealthy and not in good shape. It is very important to maintain a regular workout routine. As of today, I don't have these chest pains. The little changes that I made helped me to improve my health and I am sure the changes will add additional years to my life. Getting healthy and in shape is imperative, but it also means you must maintain staying healthy for the rest of your life. That is of utmost importance since that helps to keep you looking young and adds additional years to your life. Eating vegetables, fruit and fish as much as possible will fix a majority of your general pain without getting additional help from your Doctor. By Gowhara Zinll Abedin Chicago U.S.
