ARTICLE II

VISITATION
Michael shall have the right to equal custodial time as the mother (Lucero) with their daughter (Stephanie). Stephanie is Two Years and Seven Months of age (B.D. 02/10/2005). A custodial schedule shall be arranged that best meets the Emotional and the Developmental needs of Stephanie.
Both mother and father shall agree that they are directly responsible for Stephanie during their scheduled
Custodial time. Michael and Lucero shall agree to be flexible with their with their custodial time to adapt
To the ever-changing particular needs of Stephanie as she increases in age. This includes her physical and
Intellectual development.
A. Weekdays: Michael shall receive Stephanie from Lucero every Tuesday at 8:00 AM and
Return Stephanie to Lucero every Thursday at 8:00 PM
Michael shall receive Stephanie from Lucero every Monday at 8:00 AM and Return Stephanie to Lucero every Monday at 6:30 PM .
B. Weekdays Michael shall receive Stephanie from Lucero at 9:00 AM every other Saturday. Beginning Saturday September 15th 2007. Michael shall return Stephanie to Lucero
At 8:00 PM every other Sunday beginning Sunday September 16th 2007.
Michael shall receive Stephanie from Lucero every other Friday at 6:00 PM Beginning
Friday September 8th 2007. Michael shall return Stephanie to Lucero every other
Saturday at 11:00 AM Beginning Saturday September 9th 2007.
C. Holidays: For all Legal and Religious Holidays except the following : Thanksgiving, Friday
Following Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years
Day, Mothers Day, and Fathers Day the parties will share the visitation s chedule as
Follows:
Lucero will have visitation from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Michael will have visitation
With Stephanie from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Good Friday and Easter Sunday shall be considered the Religious Holidays. Passover
Shall not be considered a Religious Holiday in this agreement.
1. Thanksgiving : Lucero shall receive Stephanie from Michael at 10:00 AM and have
Stephanie until 10:00AM on the following Friday.
2. Friday following Thanksgiving: Michael shall receive Stephanie from Lucero at 10:00
AM and have Stephanie until 11:00 AM on the following Saturday.
3. Christmas Eve: Lucero shall receive Stephanie from Michael at 10:00 AM and return
To Michael at 10:00 AM on Christmas Day.
4.Christmas Day: Michael shall receive Stephanie from Lucero at 10:00 AM and return Stephanie to Lucero at 11:00 AM the following day (December 26th).
5. New Years Eve: Lucero shall receive Stephanie from Michael at 10:00 AM and return Stephanie to
Michael at 10:00 AM on New Years Day (January 1st).
6. New Years Day: Michael shall receive Stephanie from Lucero at 10:00 AM and return Stephanie to Lucero at 11:00 AM the following day (January 2nd).
7.Mothers Day: Lucero shall receive Stephanie from Michael at 10:00 AM and return Stephanie to Michael at 10:00 AM the following Monday.
8. Fathers Day: Michael shall receive Stephanie from Lucero at 10:00 AM and return Stephanie to Lucero at 11:00 AM the following Monday.
D. Birthday : On the Birthday of Stephanie and Michael, Michael shall receive Stephanie from Lucero
At 2:00 PM and return Stephanie to Lucero at 8:30 PM.
In the event of a direct conflict with the regukar visitation schedule, the Holiday Visitation Schedule will
Apply and be followed.
E. Notification: Father shall be responsible for transporting Stephanie. Mother will be responsible for giving and receiving Stephanie from the Father. The Mother and Father shall call each other if they shall be more than 30 minutes late for the scheduled visitation . If the Father is more than 30 minutes late on three consecutive visitation dates. Lucero may apply to the court for appropriate sanctions, including the denial of a day of visitation to the father. Whenever the Father shall have visitation, he shall provide to the
Mother a way to communicate by the telephone to have access to Stephanie. Mother shall provide the father her work schedule and telephone numbers to have access to Stephanie as well. Stephanie shall sleep in her own bed at all times of visitation with the mother and the father. Michael and Lucero are both directly responsible to pick-up and return Stephanie during all visitation scheduled times. No substitution is allowed without a written letter signed by Lucero and Michael.
