EVERY DAY I DO WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO KEEP MYSELF HEALTHY. UNFORTUNATELY TWO WEEKS AGO I BEGAN MY REGULAR JOG 5 MILES, SOON AFTER THAT A COUPLE OF MINUTES INTO THE JOG I EXPERIENCED PAIN IN MY UPPER CHEST. I FELT A DEEP PAIN RIGHT ACROSS MY WHOLE CHEST. THE PAIN WAS SO INTENSE I HAD TO STOP JOGGING WITHIN 10 MINUTES. AGAIN THE NEXT DAY I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. TWO DAYS LATER I TRIED TO JOG AND IT FELT LIKE I WAS EXPERIENCING A CHEST OR HEART INFECTION. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY HEART PROBLEMS BEFORE. BESIDES THAT I HAVE NO OTHER HEALTH PROBLEMS. I BELIEVE THAT IF I CONTINUE TRAINING AND JOGGING I CAN TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM MYSELF. NOV, 22, 2008
