I believe men and women should talk each other for advice about health problems.


Losing weight is not only it keep you health it is also when you go for shopping it might save you some more times to find outfit as fast as the short time you don't have to spend a lot of time. Eating less and exericseing are the best for human body.

Exercise has to be part of your life wherever you are.  Most people  don't take the time to exercise  because they think it is not important.
